We’re looking for a curious and driven AI Research Engineer to join our innovation team. You’ll help turn cutting-edge research into practical tools and experiences that power our core platform and shape the future of our products.

The compensation range for this role is €80,000–€95,000 annually, with performance-based growth and long-term incentives.

About You

You’re passionate about AI and machine learning—not just the theory, but the real-world application. You love experimenting, pushing boundaries, and finding elegant solutions to complex problems.

You should have:

• A strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Experience deploying ML models in production environments

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, transformers, or LLMs is a big plus

• A solid understanding of model evaluation, bias mitigation, and scalability

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Your Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and optimize AI models for various use cases

• Conduct experiments and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into live systems

• Explore emerging tools and techniques in generative AI and machine learning

• Ensure performance, fairness, and ethical compliance in model design

• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to internal AI libraries
