We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Backend Engineer to join one of our core product teams. You’ll help us design scalable systems, optimize performance, and bring powerful backend logic to life as we shape the future of remote productivity tools for teams worldwide.

Gross annual compensation range for this role is €70,000–€85,000 based on experience. We’re proud to offer annual salary reviews in line with your growth and contribution.

About You

You're a pragmatic engineer who values clean code, scalable architecture, and delivering impactful features. You enjoy collaboration, and you're excited to work with product designers, front-end developers, and other backend engineers to craft systems that make users’ lives easier.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of backend development experience

• Strong knowledge of one or more backend languages (Go, Python, Ruby, etc.)

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases

• Passion for clean, testable code and performance optimization

• Experience working in distributed or remote teams
